Piula Theological College hosted the Failauga Seminar for the lay preachers in Savaii from the 23 – 24 October. The invitation was given to the lay preachers of all the parishes in Savaii Synods.

Despite the fact that the seminar was created for the lay preachers or failauga, it was however open to anyone and everyone interested. This made the seminar more worthwhile where the seminar was attended by youth leaders, lay preachers and members of the church. Everyone that attended were divided into two groups Vasega Kamu and Vasega Amani.

At the end of each seminary, all the participants were given feed back forms to assess the seminar and how it can be improved. Needless to say, the seminary was a success, all glory and honor be to God. Furthermore, special thanks and gratitude to the president of the Church Revd. Faulalo Leti for openning the ceremony, to the Seers of the Savaii Synod and the parish ministers for the endless support. Faafetai Lava
